LIS Ltd operates in the IT services sector where data handling and confidentiality are key issues. Our business may involve handling or controlling the access to personal or business data which is confidential to our clients. All data will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be disclosed by us in limited circumstances, for example to product providers in the course of preparing or implementing our advice, or to meet legal or regulatory requirements.

Information may be collected about a client’s staff, business interests, hardware, software, system configuration, support and purchasing history in order to fulfil our obligations to implement client’s instructions and, where appropriate, provide suitable advice and ensure that our recommendations fit the client’s circumstances.

We may use your contact details to let you know about other opportunities which we believe might be of interest to you. Please note that we may contact you by telephone, email, fax or post.

Data collected may be used to conduct statistical analysis and surveys but, should this happen, no client will be identified individually.

We do not sell client information to third parties, however, we may share limited information within the LIS Group to keep you informed of items that might be of interest to you.
