For established larger clients we can work on specific problem areas, overall strategic reviews or in-depth analysis of an aspect of their system. Design of new networks; migration between systems; training and motivation of users; software systems definition and integration with existing technologies; analysis of performance issues; and implementation of links to outside suppliers are amongst the business consultancy topics we encounter regularly.

Smaller businesses or start ups can benefit from a one-day business review covering any or all aspects of their systems and business. This fixed-fee process involves up to three hours of discussion to understand the business and parameters of the problem, followed by time away from the client producing a detailed report with specific recommendations and costs.
