On-site Support
Our experienced engineers can visit on-site to evaluate and remedy problems with PCs, servers, networks and peripherals. We can work in depth on hardware and software issues, routing, firewall and email delivery problems. We pride ourselves on being generalists as there are few areas that we don't have significant experience in.
We will always advise you if there is a better way to achieve the solution you require - even if we lose work through this approach.
Our support team has the backup of the LIS helpdesk to resolve issues that are more complex. The helpdesk has the support of many major manufacturers, including Microsoft, who we can bring in for the most difficult problems.
Remote Support
Our regular clients benefit from unlimited access to the LIS helpdesk and all the resources at its disposal. A simple phone call will reach a helpdesk operator who will work through the issue with you, research the problem with software or hardware manufacturers, liase with third party suppliers on your behalf and guide you to a solution. If the problem is more complex it can be escalated to a specialist or trigger a site visit.
Where required systems are available, the helpdesk can even connect to your PC and directly investigate and resolve the matter. This often brings even complex matters to an immediate conclusion at no extra cost.
