LIS are constantly working to improve the service we offer our clients. If you have any comments about our work (good or bad!), please go to our Feedback Zone, and choose a form to fill out. All the forms are short and easy to use, and your feedback will be of great benefit to us and you as a customer.
Our support hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Outside these hours contract customers have contact numbers for emergency support. However, we are not clock watchers - if you have a problem outside normal hours contact us anyway and if there are staff on-site we will respond.
